As a U.S. Citizen, you will play a pivotal role in creating, developing, and implementing a diverse range of communication materials, including senior leader briefings, presentations, news articles, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for corporate communications, coupled with exceptional project management skills. Your positive demeanor and enthusiasm will be instrumental in building rapport with colleagues and external stakeholders alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective strategic communication strategies, encompassing preparation documents, presentations, graphics, and after-action reports.
Collaborate with graphic artists and web designers to ensure visually appealing products aligned with client branding.
Analyze organizational documents to provide recommendations for clear and unified messaging on strategic activities.
Maintain and update marketing materials for organizational initiatives, tailoring content to meet stakeholder needs.
Facilitate communication efforts among teams, senior leadership, and customers, contributing to the development and implementation of various communication approaches.
Articulate complex concepts persuasively through written, visual, and verbal mediums.
Contribute to the enhancement of policies and procedures across a range of programs and operational requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 5 years' experience creating marketing, training, and/or communications materials for government agencies.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, MS Publisher, or InDesign.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
