As a roofing superintendent, you will be responsible for: Overseeing daily roofing operations and crew performance on multiple projects Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Manage up to 3 roofing crews developing each team. Enforcing strict safety protocols on all job sites Conducting regular safety inspections and maintaining a safe work environment Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications Ordering materials and managing inventory Scheduling and coordinating crews and subcontractors Resolving project issues and communicating effectively with all stakeholders Maintaining accurate project documentation To be successful, you will need: A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing. Proven ability to lead and motivate crews Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Commitment to safety and a focus on accident prevention Here's the skinny on the pay and benefits. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 plus potential bonuses up to $8,000.00
After short waiting periods - you will become eligible for the following benefits. Waiting periods will be determined by the date of hire and employment regulations, many start at 90 days.
