Highly regarded South Carolina law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to complement their dynamic team. Seeking an associate with a strong academic foundation and experience in construction law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of litigation experience .
Requirements:
* 3-8 years litigation experience
* Experience in construction defect, liability, and/or complex commercial disputes
* Exceptional writing and analytical skills
* Excellent communication in a team-oriented environment
* Growth mindset with a desire to advance in their career path
* In good standing with the South Carolina Bar
* J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
