027616 CNC Setup/ Operator (Open) Job Description: Key Responsibilities 1. Minimum of 3 years experience CNC Setup/Operator on turning centers.
2. Fusion 360 and Mastercam editing is preferred.
3. Must have proven machining knowledge with turning centers.
4. Interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, and work orders to determine machine program setup, production methods and the sequence of operations for successful production of products.
5. Regulate and control machining speeds and feeds.
6. Troubleshoot program or production errors related to the machinery and write corrections in the programming to prevent deficiencies.
7. Test and monitor the performance of programs once implemented.
8. QC all parts machined to guarantee tolerances are to specs.
9. Contribute to our success by crafting solutions to improve operational safety, quality and process efficiencies. Education and Experience CNC Programming and Operations Course
Proven experience as CNC Machine Operator
