Simply Smoothies, LLC, representing Smoothie King franchises in Brunswick and Saint Simons Island, Georgia, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Closing Team Member to join our team. This position plays a key role in our daily operations, focusing on closing procedures, customer service during the latter part of the day, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and ready for the next day's business. As a Closing Team Member, you'll be the final touchpoint for our customers, representing our commitment to health, wellness, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Continue to deliver outstanding customer service until closing, including taking orders, preparing smoothies, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Closing Duties: Responsible for comprehensive closing procedures such as cleaning blenders, counters, and customer areas, securing inventory, and preparing the store for the following day. Inventory Management: Conduct end-of-day inventory checks, report any shortages or discrepancies, and prepare lists for restocking as necessary. Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization, including cleaning restrooms, floors, and windows as required. Safety and Security: Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including locking doors, securing cash, and setting alarms after closing. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth transition from day to evening operations and support a positive work environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and responsibility, especially in closing procedures and cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
