Purpose The role of Client Training Coordinator focuses primarily on the growth and retention of Clinisys iMentor customers by providing exceptional product education and customer service. In addition to the overall administration of client training events, this role drives initiatives that support the procurement and preservation of subscription and live-training revenue. This role supports sales and Client Training growth initiatives using value-based product education and client engagement initiatives.

Essential Functions Training Coordination: You'll be responsible for organizing and managing training programs within the region. This includes scheduling training sessions, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution. Needs Assessment: You'll work closely with various departments and stakeholders to assess training needs. Understanding the specific requirements of different teams and individuals will be crucial. Quality Assurance: Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs, you'll gather feedback from participants and make necessary improvements. Ensuring high-quality training experiences is essential. Compliance and Reporting: You'll track training completion, maintain records, and generate reports for management. Compliance with relevant regulations and policies will be part of your responsibilities. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicating with internal and external stakeholders, you'll provide updates on training initiatives and address any concerns. You will be an advocate for our learning product and will be onboarding customers on our product. Adult Learning Theory: Willingness to learn course design and development process and skill, as a long-term growth and development opportunity. Continuous Improvement: As the training landscape evolves, you'll stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Implementing innovative approaches to enhance training effectiveness will be encouraged. Physical Requirements Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is generally within the range of $42,700 to $55,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range..
