Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Support Specialist to join our team at Monsanto in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional support and service to ensure their satisfaction. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients with their needs- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure a seamless experience- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system- Monitor client satisfaction and address any feedback or concerns to improve overall client experience- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients and provide training as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic- Negotiation skills and project management experience are a plus- No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
