Job Description:

The Client Support Officer at Altria Group in San Antonio, Texas will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, possess excellent communication and research skills, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Engage with clients to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall client satisfaction.- Conduct research to understand client preferences and anticipate their future needs.- Assist in creating reports and analyzing data to improve client support services.- Stay up-to-date on company products and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.- Inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment to promote a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role.- Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills.- Strong research abilities to understand client needs and preferences.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools.- High school diploma or equivalent required.- Must be eligible to work in the US.
