Client Support Officer

Job Description:

CH2M Hill is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly- Maintain client records and databases accurately and efficiently- Assist clients in navigating our products and services, providing guidance and support as needed- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed successfully- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention- Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies and procedures

Requirements:- 2 or more years of experience in a customer service or support role- Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Excellent project management abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
