Job Description:
DuPont is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with remote work options. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in client support roles. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, and possess strong soft skills including persuasion and critical thinking.
Responsibilities:1. Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.2. Provide support to clients on product information, pricing, and order status.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.4. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of DuPont products and services.7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or related roles.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
