Responsibilities
• Work with the Director of Healthcare Services in patient intake, medical records management, and front-line patient services• Responsible for timely and accurate data entry for patient intake• Facilitate patient admission to home care services• Assist patients with coordinating future appointments, procedures, or treatments
Requirements
• Associate's degree or equivalent years of training and work experience• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or related industry• Strong background in medical terminology and basic diagnostic coding• Understanding of state and federal home care standards and regulations• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and computer software proficiency
