Client Service Representative

Pacific Life is seeking a dynamic and driven Client Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time Associate Level role with at least 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:1. Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.2. Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and account maintenance.3. Analyze client needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.5. Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to clients.6. Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives and give back to the community through volunteering opportunities.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.2. 3+ years of experience in client service or financial services industry.3. Strong people management skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.4. Excellent analytical skills to understand and interpret complex financial information.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.7. Must be driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
