Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Client Service Officer to join our team at Lithia Motors. This is a part-time remote position based in Jacksonville, Florida, US. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.2. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.3. Manage client accounts and keep accurate records of interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.5. Provide support and guidance to clients on products, services, and promotions.6. Stay informed on industry trends and updates to better assist clients and provide value-added service.7. Handle escalations and complaints with professionalism and empathy, utilizing emotional intelligence to de-escalate situations.8. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:1. 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.2. Strong people management skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients' needs and concerns.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.6. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
