Job Description:

Exxon Mobil is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Service Manager to work remotely from Dallas, Texas. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Your role will involve managing various client accounts, providing support and guidance, and acting as the main point of contact for all client inquiries.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently- Manage and maintain client accounts, including handling contract renewals and negotiations- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on how to best utilize company products and services- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients- Meet and exceed client service and satisfaction goals

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 7+ years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong project management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment- Motivated and resilient personality traits- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
