Job Description:

Western Digital is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level seniority and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in client services.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee all client service activities.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.4. Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and escalations.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.6. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.7. Prepare and present regular reports on client service performance to senior management.

Requirements:1. A minimum of 6 years of experience in client service or a related field.2. Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.6. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
