Job description:
As a Client Service Associate at Dr Pepper Snapple Group in Phoenix, Arizona, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in order to provide exceptional service and support. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client services.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client requests, projects, and initiatives- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client growth and retention goals- Monitor client activity and trends to proactively address any issues or opportunities- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously improve our services
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred- 4+ years of experience in client services or a related field- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships- Strong negotiation skills and ability to think strategically- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Driven and adaptable to rapidly changing business requirements- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
