Responsibilities:
You will join a dynamic team working in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional service to school districts in special education management systems, federal claiming, and other school-based revenue programs. Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with consulting and operations staff to deliver outstanding service.
Assisting clients with the implementation and training processes for our web-based technologies.
Managing a high volume of client support requests via phone, online message boards, and email.
Conducting quality assurance on our web-based software.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
Experience in K - 12 Education.
Preferred experience in Medicaid Policy, Medicaid Claiming, or Special Education.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel to client sites within Michigan, with occasional overnight trips.
Ability to work additional hours, including evenings and weekends, for specific tasks.
Remote position requiring a dedicated workspace at home.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing, with preference for MS Office products experience.

Compensation:
Compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, with a potential discretionary bonus of up to 10%. Benefits include medical and dental care, 401k, paid time off, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
