Job Description:

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Relations Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.4. Present proposals and reports to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.5. Identify opportunities for business expansion and upselling to existing clients.6. Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our offerings.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to proactively address client needs.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or account management.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.5. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.7. Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
