Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Freddie Mac is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Denver, Colorado. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations or related fields, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver solutions- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients- Analyze client feedback and data to drive improvements in products and services- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner- Stay current on industry trends and market developments to better serve clients- Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in client relations or account management, preferably in the financial services industry- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resilient and able to work well under pressure- Highly motivated and driven to achieve results- Excellent people management and relationship-building skills- Strategic planning abilities and a keen eye for detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
