Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Veritiv is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to meet client goals and objectives.- Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss progress, opportunities, and challenges.- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.- Analyze client data to understand trends, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations.- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation.

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.- Motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong strategic planning abilities.- Demonstrated leadership skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
