Job Description:
Accenture is seeking a part-time Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. The Client Relations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Client Relations Manager in managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, and possess strong soft skills such as innovation and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:1. Assist the Client Relations Manager in maintaining and building client relationships.2. Conduct research on client needs and preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies to meet client requirements.4. Communicate with clients to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns.5. Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction and project progress.6. Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies.7. Support the Client Relations Manager in coordinating client events and meetings.8. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:1. Associate Level or higher with at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.6. Resourceful and motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.7. Soft skills in innovation and strategic planning.
