Cleaning Associate

We're looking to hire a hard-working Cleaner who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our Properties. You'll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, making beds, and cleaning kitchens, in addition to maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and taking out trash. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, and experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done. Properties to be cleaned are short-term stay homes, condos, offices, and after-construction projects.Responsibilities:Close and lock building doors for security once cleaning is completeReport areas cleaned and make sure managers know if major repairs are neededMaintain the cleanliness and safety of the buildingEliminate dangerous hazards and wipe up spills with squeegees or spongesClean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, and supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basisPerform daily janitorial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trashQualifications:Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksiteMust be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethicExperience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipmentEducational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience as a janitor, cleaning crew member, or similar positionExcellent stamina and physical healthAbout Company:Grand Lake Vacation Properties is a full-service Real Estate Brokerage (205812), that manages short-stay rental properties in the Grand Lake and Northeast Oklahoma areas as well as purchases, renovates, and sells properties in the state of Oklahoma.
