Responsibilities
• Resolve a full case load of claims efficiently• Manage the claims process from start to finish• Build relationships with customers over the phone• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims
Requirements
• Three years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor's degree OR Two years relevant work experience and an associate degree• Strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Knowledge of property damage and insurance contracts
