Handle a diverse caseload from inception through completion, including case investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation. Conduct client consultations, provide legal advice, and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the case. Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and billing records. Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to the Bar in Missouri and in good standing. Minimum of 1 years of experience in civil litigation. Internally motivated and driven to produce exceptional results. Demonstrates responsibility and accountability both in and out of the workplace. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a caseload effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Legally eligible to work in the United States of America. Benefits:
