Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chiropractor to join our team. Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, symptoms, and physical condition to determine the most appropriate chiropractic treatment plan.
* Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to alleviate pain, restore mobility, and promote overall musculoskeletal health.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
* Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, exercise routines, and ergonomic principles to support their recovery and prevent future injuries.
* Monitor patients' progress throughout the course of treatment, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as physical therapists, massage therapists, and primary care physicians, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment for patients.
* Stay informed about advancements in chiropractic techniques, technologies, and research to enhance clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.
* Participate in community outreach activities and educational seminars to promote awareness of chiropractic care and its benefits.
Qualifications:
* Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program.
* Current state licensure as a chiropractor.
* Strong diagnostic and manual therapy skills, with proficiency in performing chiropractic adjustments and manipulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
* Commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on holistic health and wellness.
* Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in chiropractic care.
* CPR certification may be required depending on state regulations.
