Chief Medical Officer- Psychiatrist

As the Chief Medical Officer - Psychiatrist (Inpatient Adult/General), you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and strategic oversight for the psychiatric programs within our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing clinical guidance and supervision to the psychiatric team
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitoring the quality of psychiatric care and implementing improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in psychiatric care
Requirements - Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatric practice
- Previous leadership experience in a psychiatric setting
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in psychiatric care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
