Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee all financial activities and supply chain functions, providing strategic guidance to drive sound financial reporting and decision-making, optimize supply chain operations, and enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing financial models, leading annual budgeting, ensuring accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance, identifying and mitigating financial risks, and overseeing procurement. Additionally, the Financial Controller will provide financial insights for long-term planning, analyze ROI for capital investment decisions, build collaborative relationships, and lead finance, IT and supply chain teams. The successful candidate will have a Certified Public Accountant and a Masters' Degree, in-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset with a track record of driving financial performance and business growth. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, are essential.

Requirements Certified Public Accountant  Masters' Degree  In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards (both US GAAP and IFRS), and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data to drive strategic decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic mindset with a track record of driving financial performance and business growth. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
