Essential Qualifications:
* Demonstrated proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
* Strong familiarity with reading blueprints and construction documents
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in estimating
* Experience working with unions is advantageous
* Familiarity with podium/multifamily projects preferred
