Job Description:
CBS is seeking a dedicated and energetic Chat Support Officer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. No previous experience required - training will be provided.3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and address customer needs.4. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.5. Hardworking and energetic personality.6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.7. Proficiency in using chat support software and Microsoft Office suite.
