Job Description:

Cruise Automation is seeking a highly experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and ensuring efficient and effective communication with customers. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead a team of chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service.2. Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy in responses.3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.4. Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.5. Train and mentor chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.6. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and technical support, to resolve customer issues.7. Handle escalated customer chats and resolve complex problems in a timely manner.8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Experience in people management and negotiation.4. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.6. Reliable and resilient personality traits.7. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
