Chat Support Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Xerox is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via chat- Provide accurate and timely information to customers- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements:- Strong communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively- Driven and dedicated work ethic- Proficiency in project management and time management- Experience in customer service or technical support roles preferred
