Job Description:

Kohl's is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level with a required minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers through chat platforms.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner through chat support.- Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping inquiries, and any other inquiries they may have.- Utilize active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide a positive customer experience.- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements:- Driven and motivated individual with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.- Excellent planning and organizational skills to effectively manage customer inquiries.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers professionally.- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in customer service or a related field is required.- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate chat support platforms.- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
