Responsibilities
• Manages School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans.• Assists with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum and standards.• Ensures the school operates according to company and state licensing standards.• Creates a learning environment and keeps parents informed of child's progress.• Recruits, selects, and retains quality staff.• Contributes to the company's profitability.
Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age.• High School diploma or equivalent.• Preferred degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.• Must meet state and center/school requirements.• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.• 1-2 years supervisory/management experience.• Experience in early childhood education preferred.
