Location: Fremont, OH
Pay Rate: $20.55 to $25.95 an hour
Shift: 2nd (2 pm to 11 pm) and 3rd (11 pm to 7 am) Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices while operating machinery and equipment in the plant. Perform equipment setup and changeovers efficiently. Maintain consistent productivity levels to meet or exceed minimum requirements. Participate in various manufacturing processes, including loading, sorting, pasting, and loading of cells. Safely transport pasted plates from machines to storage racks. Execute the bonding of plate lugs with precision. Remove casted straps while maintaining product integrity. Identify and promptly report any product, process, or quality system issues to lead personnel. Collaborate with colleagues to uphold a smooth operational flow. Essential Skills: Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and the ability to utilize hand tools and torches as necessary. Possess basic math skills to perform required calculations. Exhibit effective communication skills to coordinate tasks within a team environment. Utilize prior experience with inspection equipment, gauges, and measuring tools to maintain product quality. Capable of lifting or moving items weighing up to 75 lbs. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in casting or pasting operations. Reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance.
