General Summary Of Duties: Lead and champion the reporting and analysis function for database marketing, special events, slots, table games, poker and race & sports. Support the VP of Casino, VP of Casino Marketing, Director of Database Marketing, and the Director of Slots. Provide key insights and recommendations for each division based on performance and a competitive review.

Qualifications Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following) Lead and develops Pro Formas and Post-Mortems for casino promotions and events Product manager of casino CRM and analysis tools Conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by leadership Forecast impact of casino programs and promotions to the Casino P&L Lead the marketing and casino reporting effort, both report development and distribution In depth analysis of digital and email marketing efforts including cost per click thru & cost per conversion/acquisition Analyze database reports for player reinvestment, player profitability, identify trends and makes recommendations Lead the monthly Casino/Marketing analytics review meeting Develop and manage competitor marketing research program Coordinate with leadership on long-term strategic planning Work with Surveillance and casino team to ensure guest compliance Participate in the budget and budget review process for all casino functional areas Establish best practices and policies for the gathering, manipulation and presentation of standardized reports and analytics Manage database integrity by updating NCOA's, developing account phone & email acquisition benchmarks, and auditing account adjustments. Assist the Director of Database Marketing with opening creative, proofing, list builds/uploads, & campaign tracking. Communicate Casino Marketing programming to property-wide audience Assistance in casino events and promotions Continue education and self-development through cross-training within the department and into other functional areas. Experience Requirements 5+ years previous experience in marketing and/or casino/slot analytics. Preferably in a casino or hospitality environment. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Math, Finance, Economics or Marketing. Desirables: Proficiency in casino programs CMS such as ACSC. Viz Explorer, Bally BI and PowerPoint a plus. Strong passion to learn and drive continuous improvement.
