About the Job:
Woodfield Nissan in Hoffman Estates--IMMEDIATE OPENINGS work in our Reception/Cashiering Dept. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment and for one of the most established dealerships in Illinois. In this position, your responsibilities will include: Answer switchboard & route calls. Assisting our customers with basic dealership information. Receive & process all cash & credit card payments. Maintain daily records of all cashier transactions. Perform related clerical duties. Stocks in cars and maintains key track machines for the sales department. Requirements: Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in our fast-paced business while multi-tasking. Working knowledge of computers (currently on ADP/CDK system). Professional appearance & attitude. Pre-placement drug screen. Additional Considerations: Bilingual English, Spanish and Polish is a plus! Auto dealer experience is preferred but will train the right person. Schedule: Full-time position will be Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm and every other Saturday. Part-time position will be Monday - Friday evenings and Saturdays. Flexible schedule if you're enrolled in school classes.
