Job Functions:Specific duties include but are not limited to:Greet customers in a warm and welcoming mannerWork with team members during the event to ensure excellent customer service standards are metAccurately use POS system, process food and beverage orders and expedite guest food orders promptlyAssist with start of shift set up including stocking product and setting up cashier/prep stationsThoroughly complete all station breakdown responsibilities at the end of the shiftPractice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipmentPartner with other team members wo ensure food and beverage qualityAssist with the preparation of food itemsUnderstand and follow all Health Department Food & Safety regulationsUnderstand and properly execute responsible alcohol serviceMaintain organization and cleanliness of all areas with the concession standOther tasks as assigned by Food & Beverage ManagerQualifications:Must be a minimum of 18 years of agePrevious customer service and cashier experience a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment in which guest satisfaction is always the goalStrong inter-personal skills; establishing and maintaining productive relationships with fellow workers and supervisors Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-taskMust be able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures, often coldMust be able to work in an environment where noise level is generally high with heavy crowd trafficMust be able to perform physical requirements of the position, including bending and/or lifting up to 50lbs and standing/walking for extended periods of time without sittingMust possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
