We focus on commercial construction; Thus, this person must have significant previous carpenter experience. The right candidate lives in Melbourne, Orlando, Tampa or Jacksonville and is willing to travel.
Carpenter Responsibilities Installs foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials Studies specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment Ability to assemble/build scaffolding and other needed construction structure Ability to multitask and stay focused Attention to detail and organizational skills Other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
