Job summary
Private Duty Caregivers help our clients age in place.Looking for Personal Care Attendants (PCA) to join our team.Assisting elderly and/or disabled persons in their homes or places of residence.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Assisting with hygiene, showering, dressing, and restroom care.• Preparing and serving meals, grocery and personal shopping.• Assisting with personal care, running errands, and performing light housekeeping.• Providing care based on company policies and tasks outlined in individualized care plans.
Requirements
• At least 18 years of age.• Experience preferred.• Physical ability to perform personal care tasks.• Ability to read, write, understand, carry out directions, and keep simple medical records.• Must have reliable transportation.• Must not have a criminal conviction which bars employment.• Must have no adverse record or be listed in the Nurse Aide Registry or Employee Misconduct Registry or exclusion list.• Must meet any state requirements related to work experience and training.
