Responsibilities
• Act as a liaison between site project managers and finance• Ensure capital projects are managed to budget• Issue and track capital project purchase orders• Track vendor lead times and deliverables• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing/billing• Provide administrative support and reporting• Support individual project managers with vendor communication• Collaborate on solutions and understand the big picture• Work at a large, stable company• Contribute to advancing healthcare for patients
Requirements
• Strong negotiation skills• Knowledge of procurement and associated management systems• Ability to manage purchase orders and analyze financials• Collaboration with finance team• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and keyboarding skills• Ability to comply with cleanroom PPE requirements• Flexibility to work overtime as needed• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field• 1+ years relevant experience• C.P.M. and/or CPIM certification preferred• Experience with computer-based accounting systems preferred• Pharmaceutical/FDA manufacturing industry background preferred• Construction procurement experience preferred• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints is a plus
