Job Description:
FMC Technologies is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative, working from home in San Antonio, Texas. Responsibilities:-Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution-Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and finding appropriate solutions-Utilize company databases and resources to accurately document customer interactions and update account information-Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions-Adhere to company policies and procedures while following established call scripts and guidelines-Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction ratings-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:-Reliability and adaptability are essential traits for success in this role-Strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically when addressing customer needs-Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously-A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure-Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required-Must have a quiet work environment conducive to taking customer calls without distractions-High school diploma or equivalent
