More than a workplace, we celebrate our successes and take pride in serving our communities. **Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm - position is on site at our West Bend, WI corporate office Primary role is to handle phone calls in a fast-paced, multi-channel contact center from our agency partners requesting changes to business policies/accounts. Will also assist with processing change requests received via email. May also assist with: other miscellaneous phone requests, processing tasks out of an assigned work queues and/or other projects as assigned, all while meeting service level expectations. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Demonstrates effective organizational skills with the ability to make good common-sense decisions while balancing multiple tasks.
