Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Frontier Communications is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, resourceful, have strong planning and cooperation skills, and be committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about products and services- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and scripts- Meeting personal and team performance targets- Performing other duties as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- High school diploma or equivalent
