Call Center Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:Tech Data is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a remote part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be reliable, and possess emotional intelligence to effectively handle various situations. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy towards customers at all times- Follow company protocols and guidelines for customer interactions- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system- Collaborate with team members to provide the best possible customer service experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Energetic and reliable personality traits- Emotional intelligence and adaptability- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in basic computer skills- Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection- Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
