Job Description:
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess confidence, resilience, critical thinking skills, and a strong ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.3. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and effectively.4. Document all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues.5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.6. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.4. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate with others.5. Confidence and resilience to handle difficult customer interactions.6. High school diploma or equivalent.
