Job Description:
Mastercard is seeking a Call Center Assistant to work from home in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and assistance.2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs effectively.4. Complete data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.6. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.7. Adhere to call center metrics and standards for quality and performance.8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.9. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.10. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.- Reliable and adaptable personality traits.- Time management and planning skills.- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
