Cafeteria Manager

Cafeteria Manager Location Pompano Beach, FL (Palm Aire area) : Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cafeteria Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafeteria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and possess excellent leadership skills. As the Cafeteria Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the cafeteria, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:- Manage all aspects of the cafeteria, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations- Train and supervise cafeteria staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning duties- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and supplies- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee performance
Qualifications:- Previous experience in cafeteria management or a similar role- Strong knowledge of food service industry practices and regulations- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of bartending, kitchen management, and restaurant management is preferred- Familiarity with shift management and coffee preparation techniques is a plus- Understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards- Hospitality-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food service management is a plus
