Business Marketing Trainee

We are seeking a Business Marketing Trainee to assist in development and outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities of a Business Marketing Trainee:
Attend all in-office meetings and training sessions surrounding the Business Marketing Representative role, which are provided by our leadership team directly Use direct communication to secure new customers, achieve outreach goals, and complete engagement metrics Build a positive image and representation of the client brand by providing informative customer service and education Assume a leadership role in assigned events or Business Marketing Trainee teams Supervise events and nurture relationships with retail and local managers Develop skills in coaching, mentoring, and support for other team members Participate in interviewing and onboarding new associates Business Marketing Trainee Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking and execution within a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written An entrepreneurial mindset and the capacity to innovate, use creative thinking, and problem-solving capabilities in the Business Marketing Trainee role Basic use of handheld tracking systems while engaging with customers
