Responsibilities
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners in the FF&E industry• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless flow of communication• Operate in a sales support function within the office furniture sector• Develop and manage multiple projects concurrently• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiations, and contracts• Manage contract lifecycles, including renewal and renegotiation• Advise clients and make strategic recommendations based on office furniture products and trends• Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate knowledge into business development strategies• Demonstrate expertise in government contracting processes, regulations, and compliance• Navigate and execute contracts with government agencies
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in office furniture sales support• Proven track record in federal contracting• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Excellent sales, negotiation, and contract management abilities• Project management experience preferred• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
