Responsibilities
• Manage relationships and achieve business results for the agency and Amerisure• Identify opportunities, negotiate with agencies, and manage pipeline• Underwrite and price accounts, develop and implement business plans• Cultivate relationships with agencies and engage new producers• Mentor and coach team members, provide updates to agency customers• Act as a resource for internal service partners and problem solve• Convene stakeholders, ensure plans align with company strategies• Mentor and train team members on marketing responsibilities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience• 5 years marketing and underwriting experience in commercial middle market insurance• 3 years of experience driving profitable sales growth• Designations such as CIC, CPCU, AU preferred• Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills• Ability to think strategically and deal with ambiguity• Excellent communication skills and ability to travel• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
